Anyway I work out 4 days a week and think I've gotten in better shape over the years. Arms from like 11 inches to 15 when I was bulked, then I'm at 14.25 now that I'm trimmed down. It's like 30 or 40 extra pounds of muscle on my frame -- results are not different, but I'm not exactly JACKED either. I think girls like dudes with big muscles but you don't want to anchour your confidence to that shit -- cause someday it'll be gone.
